Proposals to Build Shell Building at KineticPark Being Reviewed - September 9, 2004

The Huntington Municipal Development Authority is currently reviewing four proposals to build a shell building in the commercial area of KineticPark. The building will be 62,000 square feet and will house several commercial tenants. It would occupy the space in site one of the lower area of KineticPark, which is reserved for retail and other commercial businesses. (To see a map of the commercial area click here.) The design firm selected by HMDA will be responsible for site evaluation, preparation of schematic designs and bidding documents, and assistance during construction.
