Architect Larry Ellis unveils plans for KineticPark shopping plaza

On Monday, December 13, 2004, architect Larry Ellis unveiled plans for a shopping plaza to be located at KineticPark. The design was chosen by the Huntington Municipal Development Authority from about six different plans. Consisting of 63,000 square feet of retail space and approximately 322 parking spaces, the strip mall could house from 5 to 15 tenants including retailers, banks and restaurants. The shopping plaza will be located on the lower portion of KineticPark to support technology-based companies to be located on the upper level of the park.
