Larry Ellis Architect, Inc. Selected to Design Commercial Shell Building - October 18, 2004

HMDA's KineticPark committee has selected Larry Ellis Architect, Inc. of Huntington to design a shell building to house commercial businesses on the lower level of KineticPark. The Committee reviewed proposals from four architectural firms. The proposed building will be 62,000 square feet and will house several tenants. It is tentatively planned to occupy lots 1 and 2 in the commercial area of KineticPark. (Click here to see of the KineticPark commercial area). Several businesses have already expressed interest in locating in or near the shell building, including two financial institutions.
