KineticPark in final negotiations for a hotel

The Huntington Municipal Development Authority voted to pursue final negotiations with Hospitality Development Corporation of Morgantown for a hotel/restaurant complex to be located on the lower portion of KineticPark. The lower level of the park is designed for businesses that would support technology-based businesses on the upper level of the park. The hotel is expected to offer approximately 120 hotel suites, a restaurant and a new meeting facility and will occupy roughly 7.5 acres.
