First business to begin construction on upper level
of KineticPark
Huntington
– The Huntington Municipal Development Authority
has officially announced the sale of lot #13 on the
upper level of KineticPark. A 10,000 square foot office
building will be built on the site, and will house
the accounting firm Sullivan Webb PLLC, Huntington
Dermatology, Inc. and a third tenant yet to be determined.
Construction trailers are already at the site and
a completed facility is expected to be open and operational
in early 2007.
The
new project is a partnership effort of Huntington
businesses. The principals include Bruce Sullivan
of Sullivan Webb, Dr. Nazem Abraham of Huntington
Dermatology, Inc. and Harold Denning of Rush Industries.
Rush Industries will construct the new office building.
The
businesses will be the first to locate on the upper
level of KineticPark, which is reserved for technology
and business. The Velocity Center is a community project
led by HADCO that is planned for KineticPark.
