Bob Evans to Build at KineticPark

The Huntington Municipal Development Authority has voted to approve a contract to sell a tract of land in the commercial area of the park to Bob Evans Restaurants. The contract will be finalized pending approval from the West Virginia Economic Development Authority and the state Infrastructure Council.

The lower area of KineticPark includes four lots for commercial businesses. Bob Evans will be purchasing lot number 3. (To see a map of the commercial area, click here.) The purpose of the commercial area is to provide services to the employees and businesses in the upper level of the park.

The restaurant will take about six months to build, once all permits are approved.
