When
will we know what companies are coming to KineticPark?
The process of negotiating an agreement with a company is time
consuming. If you have bought a house, for example, you know that
there are many hurdles to clear before a sale is final. When negotiating
a commercial deal that is worth hundreds of thousands – or
even millions of dollars, it takes time.
It is the policy of HMDA to wait until a serious offer has been
made and the Authority is in agreement on the offer, before announcing
it publicly.
HMDA will make public announcements in the media when a deal has
been approved. These announcements will be made in cooperation
with the business that is locating in the park. We will also post
any news about sale or lease agreements on this website.

Who
can build at KineticPark?
The commercial area is open to any business that can contribute
to the companies on the upper level of the park. This could be
a restaurant, hotel, grocery store, or gas station.
There is a much more selective process for the technology division.
HMDA is looking for companies that offer good wages to their employees
and are a good fit for the "high-tech" vision of the
park. HMDA uses a broad definition of high technology industries
